136 Manhattan Avenue Townhouse
Architecture, Interior Design, NYC Townhouse Architecture, Residential —
The 136 Manhattan avenue project was commissioned by a young couple, lawyers with two children, looking for more space. They wanted a more traditional interior that still kept as much of the historic detail as possible. Our re-design included the addition of a penthouse on the roof, that had to comply with stringent LPC sight-line regulations. The rear facade was entirely redone to accommodate much larger windows and the entire property was renovated to include new gardens and roof deck.
