Molton Townhouse

Architecture, NYC Townhouse Architecture, Residential —

Our clients, an accomplished attorney and artist, called on us to renovate a Queen Anne-style, red brick townhouse, with a stepped gable roof line that been designed by Frederick B. White in 1886.

It was a landmarked building, and its 4,000-square-foot interior, never modernized, had the boxy, gloomy layout typical of Victorian homes. The design transform the townhouse into the light-filled home.
