The Estates at Acqualina

The Estates at Acqualina is a brand new residential development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Reddymade collaborated with the late Karl Lagerfeld on the design of the two lobbies. Reddymade also designed amenity spaces in the 45,000-square-feet Villa Acqualina that houses an ice skating rink, bowling alley, resident’s lounge, race car simulator and among others. The residential complex comprises two towers with a total of 248 luxury residential units, managed by Acqualina Resorts.
